Just had a terrible experience. The printing was good, but I had some pages to scan. 1 of the pages was ripped by the printer and the person that did it tried to pretend it didn't happen. And the scans all have a big black blob that cannot be seen on a mobile device but can be seen on a laptop. Absolutely terrible...

Extremely helpful and friendly staff every time I go in. They have an extensive range of craft materials, tools and paints, and if they dont have something in stock they will help you find it, either to order in or find externally! They are going through a refit and the place is already more open and accessible, making it super easy to find what you are looking for.

Ive used this company for many years to print plans for my construction company. But the last few months they have seriously gone down hill. The new staff are incompetent and rude. I ordered plans through them to be printed over 3 weeks ago and on 3 occasions when Ive popped into see if they were ready they wernt. They then promised to call with no call. they wonder why Im frustrated when I go in again. It takes less than a minute for a quick phone call from them to just say they cant complete the order. Avoid if your in a rush for anything.
