        Every day they are understaffed at the till point and so the que is always huge and blocking the shopping aisles. Team members slow processing sales and in the end 6/10 times I put my stuff back and exit the store. I work in Oxford and so see this at least twice a week. Its consistently bad. Please: - have more staff on the till! - make a queing area! Otherwise product availability is great. Just wish I could actually buy it!

        General cosmetic and drug store. Getting a bit more expensive for the basics so I shop elsewhere for body spray toothpaste etc.

      - have more staff on the till!

      Otherwise product availability is great. Just wish I could actually buy it!
