I was looking for a decent, fairly priced Mac machine as my old Windows laptop that had done its time, and after doing some research, a friend referred me to Refurb Mac. I thought they had really good prices so I went on to purchase a refurbished MacBook Pro (last April). There was an issue with the machine I intially ordered - it failed testing - it was a bit disappointing however they sent me a better one for the same price! The customer service was great, quick and effective. Aliza responded to all my queries even late in the evening. The only negative is that the laptop had a noticeable dent on the side of the top panel, clearly there was an accident prior to packing, I wouldn't expect that from a grade A machine. I pointed this out, but there was no resolution. I managed to smooth it out, so it is not so obvious now and not bothering me so much anymore, and it was a great deal anyway. I am very pleased with the machine, zero complaints about it, it's ace.
