        December 22/12/2022 I embarked on a mission with my leader and companion Chris wing allsopp to find the Mecca of meatopia. It was a cold and grey day with very dangerous travelling conditions. We got lost 3 times on this journey but eventually we made it to be welcomed by 3-4 parking attendants. Then I realised we were close my eyes fixed to what I read as R. R. Alden Oxford Ltd AKA meat Jerusalem. We had arrived. We managed to park in the only slot available which was in a puddle which was more like a swamp. We swam to the front door with grins from ear to ear to start loading the red baskets. I was lost staring at the sausage selection for around 5 minutes whilst Chris wing allsopp rampaged all of the shop selection every cut available in the farming food chain. We paid and left very happy and treated ourselves to a BLT sandwich and heading back to work. What a day out this was. Best place for meat in Oxford hands down.
