        I haven't had hot water in shower or kitchen for an entire month. The reception is lazy won't fix the problems with the flat. Unite is a fraud company that cares about money and not the cleanliness or functionality of the rooms. This is a mess. I dont recommend dealing with unite at all.

        Dropped my first year son off and he is completely alone as his flat mates are all second years. Its awful. Please also watch out for local guide positive reviews - if you look at their other reviews you can see they arent students and review everything as a 5 and seem to be extremely well travelled - reviewing businesses all over the world.
