        All the equipment I could want for both cardio and resistance training, clean, never too busy (at the times I go at least) and probably the cheapest gym Ive used

        The gym group Oxford Headington. Good clean gym with knowledgeable and helpful staff. Plenty of equipment, from free weights to machines and cardio equipment. I haven't participated in any fitness classes yet but have payed attention while doing my workouts, so I know there's plenty of options there too! I recommend giving it a try

        I have been coming to the headington gym for last one year. Must of the trainer are great. Leon Mitchell has been great trainer, he encouraged to the trainese, well plan ahead and professional.
