        Awful experience with this company. Have been illegally denied a refund for plates that arrived completely smashed and that they do not have in stock to replace, only being offered store credit despite there being no other plates I like. They also arranged a collection of two cushions I requested a refund for, and only after collecting them did they then say they can only give me store credit and not a refund! They justify the offer of store credit because I used one of their discount voucher offers ?? Beware if using! Never had an experience like it.
