Reed Oxford contacted me after seeing my C.V. on line, when I was a Residential Support Worker looking to return to some sort of educationally based work.Megan Crawford, Education Recruitment Consultant, approached different SEN institutions on my behalf. As a result of her hard work I worked as a temp TA at Endeavour Academy, Barton and, most recently, at Kingfisher Academy, Radley. Megan coordinated the latter post for me when work with Endeavour ended:giving me financial security and consistency. In the time that I've known her, Megan has been understanding of my needs and abilities, as well as being approachable, friendly, helpful but professional, guiding me through processes and checking in with me about how things are going. She has also contributed towards my accepting a permanent post at Endeavour.

Have a great temping role in Oxford thanks to talking to Jules Smith. She kept me informed throughout the process what was going - listened to what I was looking for and put me forward for an appropriate role. Great experience! Sophie got in touch with me regarding one of the roles she was recruiting for and was amazing throughout the whole process from start to finish. The communication was fantastic, I was receiving regular updates regarding the recruitment process, interview stages and Sophie was taking me through everything I needed to know prior to the interviews (taking time on a call to provide as much details about the interview/ process but also following it through on email). She was also very keen to hear back from me after each interview stage and to receive my feedback regarding the interview. Always available on a call/ email, very supportive and encouraged me throughout the process. Very approachable and friendly, made the whole process (which is usually stressful and daunting) very enjoyable. Thank you, Sophie.
