I did not buy anything from lush but Maria (manager) gave me an honest opinion about my sons skin instead of trying to sell me a product. I do value honesty nowadays . I will come back.

Had a lovely experience in Lush today Very helpful staff - And a huge selection of products. I ended up buying some colognes and even came out with a little gift Thank you Ofelia for an amazing customer experience. We will be back soon!

My manager went to Lush today in seek of contributions for the charity MIND in Abingdon where we run a peer support craft group. She was astounded by the wonderful experience she had and reflected on how the kind nature of the staff would give someone going through mental health struggles such a positive and optimistic experience. The polite and knowledgeable staff kindly donated a variety of soaps to us which will go to great use in our craft groups. She was also given a personal 'gift of kindness' from one of the staff members! We at MIND really appreciate the donations and the kindness we received today from the staff and just wanted to thank them for their service and say that their positive attitudes can make such a difference in people's lives!

Myself and a friend popped into the Oxford branch today. Although someone greeted us as soon as we walked in we didn't feel pressure into buying anything. We spent quite a while smelling all the fabulous products and we were approached by the store manager Jess. She was really kind to us and recommended we tried a new product. Jess gave use a sample pot each and chatted about the other products on offer. Jess's knowledge was fantastic and you could tell she really knows her stuff. Jess and another member of staff even gave use a hand and arm massage. Jess went up and above to make us feel spoilt and we will definitely be back soon. Jess is an asset to the Oxford branch, I feel Lush is very lucky to have her leading from the front and representing how fantastic the branch experience is. 5 stars all round xx
