recently ive just been into the shop to buy my first watch and I can tell you, the service was exceptional Michael Yap was our sales consultant and he was so kind and knowledgeable giving every little bit of information that we needed to know. I thought it was an amazing experience, and I would definitely recommend the shop and especially Michael to anyone else wanting to buy a TAG. Thank you again michael you really made my first watch buying experience one to never forget.

A year or so ago I had a dream about finding the watch to end all watches and found the watch of my dreams in the Tag Heuer Boutique Oxford. Unfortunately, life got in the way and the dream was put on hiatus. But from time to time I would pop in to check on the watch - the focus of my ambition and to see over a period of time if it still meant enough to me. Along the way I met with Jess who was friendly, professional and helpful. Then one day I came in and the watch had gone. Discontinued! That was a sad day and looked like the end of the road for that particular dream. Untilone day I noticed another Tag watch, quite different from the original, but equally alluring, slightly more subtle. Over a period of time, I realised that this beautiful F1 chronograph was on my mind more and more. Fast forward to March 2023 and a change of circumstances lead to an opportunity to make this dream a reality. I got to reconnect with Jess. Remembered her immediately and because I am loyal like that, she was the only person I wanted to work with. Her enthusiasm for her job is plain to see and she made it fun. I think she should be commended by Watches of Switzerland for her consultative selling skills and making the purchase feel like a special occasion - which it should be when purchasing a high end watch. With her colleague and Manager George, the whole sales experience was highly enjoyable and these two know how to make someone comfortable when making a purchase like this. I cant really thank Jess enough for her patience during the process. W of S have a star sales person there and I am sure she will be very successful in her career. Overall I would highly recommend the Tag Boutique Oxford for delivering a great customer experience and I am really happy with my choice of watch. Many thanks to Jess and to George for going above and beyond. Good service in retail is rare these days, but you will be well looked after here.

Wonderful friendly service, new watch bracelet adjusted in no time and my girlfriends watch taken with care and attention for servicing. Thanks to the two young ladies.
