        Not a great fan of Holland and Barrett's as you can get better quality and more potent items for the same price elsewhere. However this place is good for an emergency. The staff here are usually very sweet. However Think that only one staff member actually knows what the products in the store do.

        All staff (but one) is not trained. They know nothing about products and nothing about stocks and delivery. Sorry to say but they are so unhelpful every time!

        Great shop for niche health foods - e.g. substitute coffee (with Guarana rather than coffee), vitamins, and a wide range of different milks (e.g. Oat Milk and Coconut milk from brands other than Alpro - may be different in this store). Worth getting vouchers online for discounts and can be pricey, but works well for niche products. I buy Sea Kelp regularly, which has lots of Iodine for increasing thyroid levels.
