35 and product fell apart straight away, emailed as abroad multiple times and got no reply, to both emails mentioned

Ive been shopping at this store occasionally for 40 years. At no time have I ever been made to feel welcome. Most, if not all, of the staff possess a misplaced superiority complex. It can be summed up by an incident some years ago when I was attempting to buy a jumper. I pointed to a jumper on a high shelf, which required the assistant, already exasperated from assisting me for almost 2 minutes, to climb a small step ladder to reach said jumper. I shall never forget his words to me: It is 60, sir. Such attitude has been reflected in all my visits before and since, to a greater or lesser extent.

Absolutely horrendous place, every suit for my daughters wedding didn't fit properly even though they were measured, blackmailed me as I left a bad review before but I feel I need to leave a review as it was so bad!!! Avoid at all costs, they will ruin your day and won't care
