        Avoid at all costs. I prepaid and reserved a car for this evening and was called by the store in this morning to let me know that there was no availability. They did not offer any explanations and were not very apologetic despite leaving it so late to notify me. The store then told me that I had to cancel the booking myself. Despite me telling them that I will be charged a cancellation fee, they were adamant. I am now being charged a cancellation fee on a car that was not available. This is absolutely ridiculous.

        Service is good, but watch out for the fuel scam when u pick up the vehicle, your entitled to a full petrol tank not 7/8ths full, its very difficult to fill it to the same when you return! If they do this to every customer its over a minimum of 10.00 you loose and they gain, tell them you will only accept a full tank
