I usually love shopping at Paperchase and have made several purchases in the last couple of years from them. However, Paperchase needs to train their staff in customer service and teach them the courtesy of dealing with customers. Especially the staff in Westgate shopping centre Oxfordshire is terribly rude and not interested in helping customers at all. The lady on duty was especially uninterested in helping me checkout and had a nasty expression on her face the entire time I was asking her for help with finding certain items- to the extent that she started to roll her eyes and exhale in frustration when i asked her to get me another item in the same colour. Utterly disappointed, I ended up abandoning my intended shopping and instead went to John lewis stationery section, which had a lovely lady greeting customers at the entrance and taking the time to actually point you in the right direction. No wonder paperchase closed so many of their stores.
