        I recently discovered slow cooking meat in a smoker (thanks Burnout BBQ) and have struggled to find the quality of meat and quality of butchering this needs. I took a punt on Alders because they had the highest google score and got a whole 4Kg brisket, 2Kg of pork and some sausages. All were exceptional quality, the service was great and the price was good as well. Worth the trip

        Very friendly and very helpful local butcher. Excellent advice and great quality meat. The spicy chorizo sausages were the best sausages Ive ever had.
