        Very negative experience, found many faults that we were not informed about. Would stay away in the future, very poorly informed sale. Make sure you do your research through multiple parties, and don't use any of their referrals.

Andy far exceeded my expectations, taking time to listen and to find and execute solutions to any issues that arose. I would definitely recommend Thomas Merrifield to someone wanting to sell their property.
