Specifically came all the way to Westgate shopping centre for Timberlands in Oxford to find they locked their doors at 16:45, even though closing was 5pm. There was only one customer inside. Waste of petrol and time. No wonder people buy online!

An amazing store with truly wonderful employees. Went in three different times to get the right shoe and Asia, Charlotte and Callum were beyond helpful and nice! Best customer service here!

Timberland is a show stopper as my last stop for shopping. Always go with their shoes as well as shirts. So here Im to treat myself. Nice staff. Very helpful n friendly service.
