        Turning point is a godsend the work the staff do needs more recognition .They are so attentive and caring .jojo and Jane have been so so amazing aswell as the other staff but I've been working close with jojo and Jane for many years and built up lovely relationships and I can't thank them enough for everything they have done for me xxxx

        Very good to have a drugs service in Oxford as so many places are now not available for detox in Oxford as Howard House has been closed down now and you have to go out of Oxfordshire to get a detox now so to have turning point still up and running is a life line for so many people who have drugs problems and need help if we lose this in Oxford we will not have anything for people who have problems with drugs and drink so yes it is a very good service

        The fire alarm is constantly going off at any time during the day, sometimes 2 or 3 times, annoying all the residents. Please fix this!
