We are regular buyers from Dubai and we get export lots from safe pc direct regularly. We are buying from last 5 years and never had issues with company. We always get what we order and after sales support is outstanding as well. Many thanks

Absolutely appalling company - I cannot believe I actually tried to purchase something from them after reading the reviews. However thought Id give them a try. Was bought on a 5 day turn around. I cancelled after 10, but then they sent it out (after ignoring all messages and calls from my cancellation email onwards - been answering everything up till then!). I promptly returned and got proof of this (they paid for the return)! Promised a refund and now their website etc is offline, phone lines have vanished, but the other websites they use such as Mac4Sale etc and SafePCdisposal are still active. Dont touch this company with a barge pole! Im still waiting for a refund, a month later. Had to get a third party involved to get my money back for me. Its appalling. Im disgusted. SCAM company which is probably why they will shut down their website and just open up another!!!!
