        Although the staff in the shop are helpful they are completely powerless to sort out any issues, their logistics and customer service departments are absolutely inadequate as they fail to return calls and provide any form of useful feedback or compensation despite leaving their customers without a functioning bathroom for more than a month. After 4 weeks and 3 failed delivery attempts Im still waiting for a simple shower wall to be delivered undamaged. My local shop in Oxford have a ridicules policy of only delivering on Fridays resulting in a further weeks delay every time. Im unable to review the actual products as Ive been unable to use them. All in all pretty damm poor for a company of this size.
