        We were delayed in Lapland after a day trip and were put up in a hotel the rep told everyone if you need any toiletries just keep the receipt and send to customer services THIS IS A LIE THEY ARE TOLD TO SAY THIS BUT ITS NOT TRUE have to go to airline and yet they will refund for an inflght meal which you would think was with the airline!??? Unable to speak to anyone about this issue as they do not have phone number so can only email them and they do not respond. Very poor service they take your money quick enough

        Shocking customer service, wife left stranded at Edinburgh, no onward travel arranged, paid 900 to get home, no response to any emails sent over the last 3 weeks. Absolutely disgraceful
