A dishonest shop management. Shame!!!

As I walked into the store, I was welcomed by Carolina, who then assisted me in my purchase. I was well informed and therefore chose an excellent iPhone 14 Pro Max phone with the best deal suitable for my needs and fit for purpose. The customer service from staff to the manager was next to none. Carolina was accommodating and patient, and she went above and beyond (she missed the lunch as I was there 11.30 am to 1.30 pm) to ensure I had everything set up correctly and that I could use my new phone immediately. Ive been with EE for nearly a decade, and the services were 99% amazing. One time that it wasnt as brilliant (Oxford Street London), they amended the problem swiftly. I highly recommend this store. Thank you very much for your excellent service!

I don't give reviews but I had to for this. The manager won't listen and won't cancel the contract even though I'm in the first 14 days (I have been going to the store the whole first week of getting the contract) and the customer service over the phone says that I am viable to cancel the contract in store. The internet is not working in my phone and they are not willing to cancel the contract. The only solution they gave is to either get a new phone or to pay the full duration of the contract which are both absurd. This issue is all over their community and they are acting nave and I will never recommend anyone to get a EE sim or at least not to go to this store. 0/10 for customer service/satisfaction.
