We sold a house recently wit Penny & Sinclair. They were very professional and diligent, but keeping a very close and informal contact with us in all the process. The communication was effective and there were always somebody on the phone to answer our questions, very often (nearly always), the person managing our case. I think this makes a diference, as I think it is important to talk to the person who knows about the property etc (not always this necessarily like this with other agencies). There were some issues through the process (not related to the agency), and they responded very well too. They assist in all kind of matters as we were abroad during the sale, so that was definitively a plus, and we are extremelly grateful to Farzana and Sophie for giving us the extra mile. Overall, a very good, trustable, efficient, nice to-deal-with firm. I definitively would recomend contacting them to sell a property.

Prompt answering of any queries with appropriate advice and action. It has been a pleasure working with the Penny Sinclair team. We have bought sold and rented our property through them and it has been a very positive experience. Particular praise to Oliver for leading such an effective team.
