        I have experience of Scott Fraser as both a Landlord and as an agent when selling the same property. They have been very helpful and professional in both aspects. In particular the sales team have gone out of their way to get the sale over the line and help in many ways to keep the property safe and myself informed.

        I have had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Scott Frasers property management team. I moved out of a property in Haynes Road, Marston, 2 months ago and still havent received the outstanding amounts owed to me despite me providing a detailed email of the issue. They never call back and it is impossible to get through to the staff who are supposedly responsible. I have expended a lot of time just trying to get an update from them but to no avail. I should have known to expect this as there are other reviewers who have had the same experience. It is 15/11/2022 and I have only resorted to posting this review because all other avenues have been exhausted.
