Always there to quickly help if you have a problem with your hearing aids. I find it difficult to change the wax guards on the aids but with a call to James Hearing I had an appointment next day to sort it. Thats good customer service. Totally recommend James Hearing.

Failed to unblock my daughters ears and hurt her in the process. My request for a refund was denied. Having made this expensive mistake we found there are other more professional services in Oxford. I would not recommend using them.

Avoid this business. Contacted indirectly whilst making an enquiry at SJB Hearing Brackley for somebody to do a home visit to de wax my 93 year old fathers ears. When I phoned I understood they were now part of J Hearing, Oxford and so a visit was organised. My father said all the chap who visited was interested in was selling him a hearing and so he was give a persistent hard sell, despite the fact Id made it very clear on the phone he was not going to buy one and all we wanted them to do was de wax his ears. (Free hearing aid via NHS.) To make it worse they did a very poor job and charged 95! Therefore we ended up taking him to Specsavers and paying again. PS Seeing the respond below it would appear James Hearings admin is atrocious too, they now say they never visited my father yet I have a record of their visit at 9am Monday 18th July 2022!
