This store has amazing offers and basically everything you can want which is always good , however today i had went in to buy some shorts. I approached the man on till and asked out of curiosity if they accept student discount there , in which he replied rudely that it was only online. This was completely fine and i understand their terms and conditions. However this man had the rudest tone ever , had a face on him and looked like he hated being there , which we all get at work but he made this clear by delivering customer service in a very rude manner. Even when we paid , all he said to us was 25 just before we paid and there was no thank you after we purchased or anything. It was the same for every staff i had seen in the store , they all looked as miserable as ever like they didnt want to help out!

Very Chaotic, went in to get some puma trainers and picked up ones in sale for 30 just to get to the till and they telling me the tag of 30 attached to the shoe was an error and was actually 50. I felt tricked, never going back again
