        Rude ignorant staff. Pay no attention and as a result so many people leaving and setting off security alarms. Should employ people who dont mind dealing with the public.

        Bit of a poor choice of clothes if I'm honest. Designer brand logos on the outside windows, non of which I could find inside on the rails.

        Staff are always so uninterested and unhelpful. Asked for the pricing of sale items and the girl said to ask front desk then proceeded to just be on her phone texting away. Shops always a mess and everyone walks around instead of being at the till/serving customers. Not really sure what they get paid to do in fairness.
