Special thanks to Joanne for going out of her way letting us view the property a second time over a weekend to take measurements in the unfurnished property so that we could order adequate furniture in advance of moving in.
Special thanks to Liz as well, a very attentive and proactive property manager.
Dropping a star for a few reasons:
* We were not told some important information about the property. For instance, we only found out AFTER moving into the property that the gas fireplace was assessed as unsafe and disconnected without any possibility to reconnect it, for safety reasons.
* Typos / mistakes in the inventory were not corrected after multiple emails and calls. For instance, a contractor showed up thinking they had two thermostatic radiator valves to fix instead of 3 after Liz confirmed to me over the phone that she had amended the invoice for 3 valves.
* Lack of follow up on inventory issues. It is over two weeks now since Liz said she would hire a contractor to address a number of items that we listed to her in an email, and we haven't heard back about those items. In her defence, other items have been addressed in that time.
Overall, like I wrote at the start, still the best and friendliest experience that we've had since we rent in the area!

I truly appreciate your help and your professionalism.
This means a lot to me as this means I am now very close to my workplace meaning less stress for me.
