        A mixed review. I tried to book a MOT over the Internet. It would not work. Then, over the phone, not answered. I went in on my motorbike. Tommy could not have been more helpful. Despite the advertising, they do not do MOTs at the moment, nor have for a while. Short staffed. He booked me in at their Cowley branch for tomorrow. They do need to get their IT and information sorted out.

        Oxford branch was worst, booked 3 times for back job wasn't booked when I Arrived. Do premium service and alignment. No reports nor advisory how thickness my rear brake pads was. Alignment was horrible , the steering wheel was not in Center when they have done the job. Beware of this branch if you are desperate to fix or brake your car. My first and definitely my last .
