        Appalling service. I was initially overcharged for months on my contract. Then, when my mobile wifi device recently stopped working and I went in store to ask for a replacement I was insulted - aggressively - by a member of staff. I have been with 3 for almost 20 years, but will be leaving now as soon as my contract expires as a direct result. Shameful.
