Cowley Road MOTs

Went above & beyond to facilitate much needed repairs for MOT. All during bank holiday week too. I had such a small time frame to work with & they simply just got the job done asap from opening time. The service was flawless & parts plus labour were miles cheaper than quoted a number of my local garages. I think I'll be making CRM my preferred garage from now on. Bus stops right outside so I just popped into Oxford for a coffee & lunch. Genuinely nice, honest & respectful team.

I cannot recommend Cowley Road MOT. Opening times are quite narrow and unflexible. Staff forgot to book in the work to pass MOT retest yet they give unfriendly comments expressing an "it's the customer's fault" attitude. When work was finished past their opening hours and their card reader didnt work it was again customer's fault. Refused to hand me my car despite offer to fetch cash from home 2min away because "we are closed already". Result: all weekend without car. Verdict: poor communication skills and service attitude. Avoid if possible.

Was able to get an MOT booked within a week, easy communication, simple handoff and did not take too long to complete as well as having live viewing from the camera system. Unfortunately my car didn't pass on the first attempt as my rear Tyres had some cuts. I was informed I had 10 days for a retest. Got my tyres sorted the next day which finished around 5pm, called them up and asked whether they are able to do the retest at the time , to which they were able to do just before closing. Would highly recommend this center.
