bChannels have been residents at Heritage Gate, East Point for over five years and in this time we have found the Clarendon team to be helpful, flexible and supportive. We have been recruiting more staff than ever since we moved into our offices and have expanded out of the serviced offices at Sandford Gate and taken over the occupancy of four floors of Clarendons managed office solution in Heritage Gate. This enabled us to create our own office identify yet still avail of the ease of the provision of the services that Clarendon supplied. At each move the management at Clarendon ensured that the negotiations were straight forward and reasonable. They were willing to help with all areas of the move even where the line of responsibility were unclear. My team frequently use Clarendons meeting and conference facilities which are a valuable addition to the space we currently occupy. We have found that Clarendons flexible working approach is invaluable to the changing office requirements of our business.

Allen Associates has been based at Clarendon serviced office centre since 2009. We have grown considerably during this time and Clarendon has always gone the extra mile to accommodate our expansion.
