We rented a flat in Foundry with JCP and they took **5 weeks** to fix our heating which broke down in the middle of a bitterly cold covid winter. The landlords who put up a nice front on one hand, turned out to be extremely extractive and kept charging us for new damages even **two months after** we vacated. Instead of ensuring proper protocol was followed, JCP silently stood by as the landlords did this (since ultimately the landlords pay JCP). The deposit negotiation was started months late such that renovation costs could be realised and passed on. Now we're with NOPS and it's so much better: people reply to our emails, they fix broken things and there's a level of professionalism that's just completely absent in JCP.

Francis went above and beyond to help push the sale through when everyone else was being slow he chased everything up and we wouldnt of completed when we did if it wasnt for him really pleased with the service
