We moved in to a house that was not cleaned as in contract there was slugs in the basement and mould on the walls. Now we have no heating or hot water and JCP have been informed and days later it is still not sorted.

Use NOPS who are so much better. With JCP, it takes ages to get a reply & they took over 5 weeks to fix our heating in the middle of winter winter. Abysmal service.

Absolutely disgraceful service. Rented accommodation which has not been cleaned, has an infestation of slugs in 2 rooms, has cheap ill fitting features, including curtains and a wardrobe that collapsed when used. Only 3 out of 15 spot lights working and numerous promises to fix, which have all turned out to be blatant lies. Do not rent from this company.
