        Foreigner not welcome to this branch, awful customer service,rude staff. I walked in this afternoon to buy a rolex but refused at shop by very rude manager ( Lis ) who asked me to show ID which sounds racist to me because i am not english, i told her that i am existing customer and its not my first time here but she refused again. I have never go back there again and feel sorry for Gold smith company choosing the racist person like Lis as a branch manager .

        Great customer service and very friendly staff. I came into today to register my interest for a Rolex Submariner and was kindly greeted by Liz who assisted me with my request. Fingers cross that I hear back soon that my dream watch is available to purchase
