        Would be nice to get a thank you from staff when purchasing something as a customer, or did I just catch them on a bad day dont think so. Or are they only interested in customers buying big ticket items? Now I know why I avoid running shops like this and buy everything online. Its cheaper and I dont have the stress of poor customer service and completely disinterested staff

        This is not only shoe shop but much more. They make you understand the correct shoe type you need. The person serving on a weekend had in depth knowledge of shoes according to activity, body weight, knee issue, foot and ankle correction. Highly recommended if you are serious about your shoes...

        Needed some new running shoes and had already read all the good reviews. Fancied a change from the tried and tested Brooks Ghosts and came away with a pair of NB 1080s. Tried the in store running machine so they could check my movement. Tried several pairs of shoes. Nothing was too much trouble. Attentive staff. Thanks very much.

        A fantastic specialist running gear shop, with a huge range of running shoes, as well as clothing and accessories for runners. The staff are very helpful, demonstrating experience and expertise, as well as insight into the products they are selling. My trip to the shop was enjoyable and I came away with some superb kit!
