Last year, I have experienced both purchasing and rental with John D Wood Summertown branch, I have to say they are providing absolutely the top service in North Oxford. Carol at the letting department is the best agent that I have ever met in the last 14 years. She always respond to requests promptly, truly put her heart in taking care of the tenant, and even give me her personal what's app so I can reach her during her holiday!! Jackie and Wei are also so lovely and helpful during the renting and purchasing process. I def recommend them to anyone who plans to sell/buy/rent.

Katie, Jackie, Christian and the rest of the team at John D Wood have done an excellent job of marketing and helping to prepare my property for rental. After a disappointing and stressful experience with another agent I was determined to find one that has a small, longstanding and experienced team that care greatly and communicate well.
