        The lettings team has been very frustrating and unprofessional. They do not return messages or phone calls, when they do email - the information provided is contradictory and all in all it has been a painful waste of time.

The Agents have been very helpful and have thoroughly guided me through the whole process of my tenancy. At any time I have a question or need help, they are just an e-mail or call away. I cant be thankful enough for our home and tenancy for the past nearly 4 years. I highly recommend Amelies.
