        I had the most horrible sevice in Boots Summertown/ Oxford. I would not even give one star for this branch of Boots Optician. I had a bad fitted glasses that I had to keep going back at least dozens time to adjust it, than I decided to return/exchange the glasses as it was becoming a burden every day. Even though I was within my 30 days period( collected 11-08-22 , attempted to return/exchange 10-09-22) , Claire, the optician lied to me constantly that I was in fact not within 30 days period. I have trusted her calculations and then I found out she lied to me when I asked her few times to tell me exact days. She was really rude, when I ask for a contact number , she claimed she is the ultimate authority and even though I raise it to owner of the franchise, it would still come to her and she would reject it again. They had horrible attitude and zero respect for consumer. I WOULD NOT EVER USE THIS OPTICIAN for even buying a rubbish bin. There is another boot optician in Boots oxford city centre, they provide better services and it is only 10 min by bus from Summertown (which this branch locates) ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE
