This was a very wheelchair friendly shop with super helpful staff who offered at the door to get a ramp even before I had thought of going in! I had an excellent member of staff who offered to help me but was very respectful at the same time. I didn't have to ask for a thing. She kept being super polite and offering. She was also very respectful to my son who has notable autism. You don't usually get this type of service in any shop, let alone where the merchandise is of this standard. 95% of the reason I bought my shoes there was because of the lovely member of staff with her gorgeous customer service skills. I barely noticed I was disabled because of how dignified she was. She should get a promotion. Will visit here again as the shoes are really second to non. Never seen shoes and merchandise like this excepf in London. Will bring my daughter next time!
