I give 5* to Perry!!! Yesterday I had one of the best customer service experiences in my life! Very patient even though the shop was just about to close, and helped me to find the perfect shoe with genuine care. What a great guy, he deserves a raise!!! Sadly the day before, however, some other manager/supervisor decided to lock me in the shop 7 minutes before closing, so obviously I decided to leave as I felt rushed(had to ask to let me out)..But Perry is a true gentleman and should be an inspiration to us all!! Thank you very much
