MY Work Desk Ltd

Ordered a standing desk from MyWorkDesk, customer service was brilliant and the delivery speedy too. Very impressed with the quality of the product (3000 model) and would definitely recommend. Update: Tried calling a couple of times but unfortunately no one ever seems to answer their phones.

Received faulty desk and had to follow up my emails with photos as was not getting the response on email requests. Called customer service and new top part of the desk was arranged. However it came with similar but smaller fault at the corner of the topdesk. They do not pick up faulty part so it becomes your problem how to dispose it. I also ordered the drawer to attach to the desk but when unpacked realised it is too big and touches the legs when the table is in sitting position so want to return. The return is at customer costs.

Great customer service, product looked quite tricky to assemble when it arrived, but the instructions were very clear easy to follow, and any questions I had were answered almost immediately. The standing desk I got (1000) is very satisfying to use!
