        I went in with an empty bottle of foundation on my bday wanting to replace it. The staff ignored me, even when they were available- it made me feel pretty small so I decided to not purchase anything. I definitely would not go in there again.

        Very disappointing visit to this branch. I needed to return some items and was told I couldnt as it was over 30 days and the till wouldnt let them if they tried. Got home and realised it had only been 28 days Sigh.

        Went to Bobbi Brown store in Oxford! Great customer service, Emma was amazing she understood exactly what I wanted I loved all the products she recommended enough so that I went back to the store the next day :) honestly best makeup shopping experience ever!! All thanks to Emma!!
