Carpets 4 Less

Having had both vinyl floor and carpet recently, I am absolutely delighted with the quality and service that we received. Lee couldnt have been more helpful and provided great advice. There was a huge choice in the showroom and we were able to borrow samples to check the colours at home. The carpet was ordered and fitted very promptly. We have a number of rooms to decorate and they have been very flexible working around our dates. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them. Friendly, helpful, professional and good value.

I had my vinyl from carpets4less and had a subcontractor fit the flooring nobody advised me that I needed latex or scrapping done and they didnt do either or advise me that I needed this . Ive now got vinyl fitted onto my concrete with lumps and an uneven surface and they are now avoiding my Calls. Very unimpressed and poor finish

Visited the store two weeks ago to select carpet for bedroom of our sons flat and complete carpeting of our own house, John was very helpful and gave good advise. After making our carpet choices we fixed dates for measurements to be taken in both properties ensuring we were there at an agreed time to allow access, sons flat first.Although someone was there for the whole of the day no one from Carpet 4 Less turned up though they stated that nobody responded at the door or answered their phone calls so they pushed a note under the door and left.We contacted the store and arranged a new day and time for the measurements to be taken once again reiterating name of block,flat number and exact directions despite the fact that we had not received a satisfactory explanation as to what happened last time.We arrived at the given address 10 minutes before agreed time staying for 1.1/2 hours , No ONE turned up, the doorbell didnt ring nor did our mobile although they were given our number just in case . I rang Carpets 4 Less this morning unfortunately John wasnt there so one of his colleagues took my call. WOW the response was unbelievable, he informed me that someone sat outside the flat for twenty minutes ( wonder why he didnt ring our mobile !! ) also that they cant chase about Oxford for people like me . It turned out that the flat they were trying to obtain access to was the incorrect one, 15 not 5 hence no response, but once again why not ring our mobile?All the above appears to be a complete mystery, though I still wanted to resolve the situation by either doing the measurements myself or taking the fitters from Carpet 4 Less to the property myself. The reply I received was that I had given them the wrong address (REALLY) and that we will leave it at that and the phone was put down on me. Carpets 4 Couldnt Care Less is more appropriate.

Do not pester you when you walk round. Found the carpet we liked.. Ordered paid and organised fitting all within 30mins or so. Fitter turned up on time and did a great job
