I asked them to repoint my chimney and attached a couple of chimney cowls. They also offered to change the lead flashing (for an extra cost) at the same time which I took them up on. After a number of false starts where he said he would come and didnt he eventually came and took off all the flashing leaving it about a week (in intermittent rain) before replacing it. When repointing the chimney he sprayed cement over my solar panels and one of the chimney cowls came off after about a week after he had attached it.
Worst of all, he damaged a number of the tiles on my roof and has still not come back to fix it despite endless promises to do so. I get leaks when I rains heavily which it has done quite a bit over the past couple of months to the point that I have had to put a bucket down.
I am yet to receive an invoice for the work despite endless promises that it is coming tomorrow. He keeps saying hell bring it when he comes to fix the tiles, who knows when that will be.
