I had popped into Wallers on the off chance I would catch the owner as I know Him, but had not seen him in a few years. He remembered me. He kindly gave me 20 minutes of his time & experience and gave me solid advice, he also instantly referred me to his colleague whom telephoned me within minutes of leaving the office. Had a bad experience of viewing a property yesterday. Little respect to the customer and time of appointment. The appointment was booked for 5:30pm. We were not given a name or personal contact number for the person who will show us around the property. We arrived at the property 5:28pm. Nobody was around outside. We tried to ring the bell, nobody answered. After waiting till 5:35pm, still no sign of anyone showing up, we called their branch (by the time, it was indicated as closed on Google map). Luckily someone picked up the call, while we were explaining our situation, someone opened the curtain and gave us a gesture, which we had no clue what that meant. Then he popped out, with no apologies of running late, just asked us to wait outside as the previous appointment overran. We waited until 10min past our appointment time. He allowed us in and still no apologies and no good introduction to the property. In the middle of the viewing, he just started to make a phone call as he was in the middle of an auction. Definitely discounted the property I viewed.

The whole team at Wallers are amazing and literally go above and beyond. They actually care and do everything in their willpower the make the process as smooth as possible. Kelly! What can I say Amazing would be an understatement. If youre selling/buying you wont be disappointed! Thank you Wallers!

5 stars is not high enough in my opinion when it comes to Wallers. These people are so good at what they do, and really do go above and beyond. Best estate agents in the UK. Highly recommend for both selling, buying and letting. THANK YOU
