Great service and nice clothes

We ordered some items online and collected them in store. My other half tried the items on. One she wanted to keep and the other she wished to return. Whilst trying on more clothes the sales assistant returned both items and then told us she couldnt undo this, despite it being their fault. I would have to reorder the item again and hope it was still in stock. No one cared in store, I guess appalling customer service is an acceptable norm. I therefore reached out to customer services who basically said they are sorry theres nothing they can do but heres a 15% discount off your next full price order. Thanks but no thanks. Im not shopping with you again. Companies like Reiss just dont deserve to stay in business and I wont be surprised when they go into administration.
