Reliable, Professional and Helpfull. Looking to rent sometimes is complicated but with Breckon&Breckon I have had a really nice experience, I dont have the words to describe how thankful I am for my letting agent Annabel Barnes and for her help, patient and reliability. Her whole company as a whole is also very responsive with everything that goes on around the house which makes the process so smooth and stress free. I honestly cannot recommend them enough Ill always be grateful.

The property was rented during the uncertainties of the Pandemic period in Sep 2021, even so, Breckon was able to complete rental formalities within 8 days. Responses to maintenance issues were efficient and effective. Check out was made very smooth and easy. I would say one of the rare "trouble free' experience I have had with an Estate Agent.
