We were looking for advice for our north facing garden plot and it has been transformed into a flowing useful space to keep everyone happy, gravel path, lovely lawn including lawn edging recommendations and planting suggestions that were easy to follow and easy to maintain. Thoroughly recommend for practical design and advice with lasting results giving us a garden space we want to spend time in to relax. Andrea worked well with me to execute a stylish, contemporary and architecturally appropriate design and planting plan for our first floor sun-trap terrace garden. I had some particular requests so that the slim terrace planters would have a different look according to the seasons, and particularly, to encourage bees. We had some existing plants which she incorporated into the design. Challenges included getting everything up an exterior metal spiral staircase, and on time because the staircase was being painted literally the minute all the planting ended! Andrea ordered all of the containers; mulch; plants and labour. Only one of the plants did not thrive, and she very kindly replaced it for us. She also liaised with the container supplier, and negotiated a refund for items received damaged (but which had to be used because of the time constraints). I have no hesitation in recommending Andrea. We had a very daunting 'new build' blank canvas but she instantly understood the look and feel we were after. Andrea has been invaluable to us, not just with garden design, but also with useful tips on planting and care of plants.
