Had my 2020 E-Niro serviced inline with the service specification. No real issues they highlighted a couple of things wiper blades etc.. This is the forth service and every time they never stamp both bits of the service book the serivce and the body inspection despite me leaving it on the passenger seat or handing it to them with the key upon dropping the car off. I should not have to be checking and returning for this to be stamped every time a little more care and attention is needed.

Took my wifes Ceed in for a reversing camera covered under warranty and had to wait 4 months as none were held in stock in the UK. Second time Ive had to wait 4 months on back order for a part that is not expensive. Brayley fixed the windscreen washer pump which had failed but then 48 hours later the headlight washer fell out where I suspect the bumper hadnt been put back on correctly. They refused to accept it was their fault. Not impressed with Kia service and probably wont buy another Kia. Shame as the cars themselves are excellent.

A recent visit here for a service and my car's first MOT. The usual welcome to their bright and airy showroom and by arrangement, a slightly later check in, which really suited me. I went for a walk with the dog down to nearby Iffley Lock and Brayleys phoned me later when the car was ready. A very agreeable experience at a reasonable price. What's not to like? PS just booked my MOT and service. A rather off hand receptionist informed me " we no longer do waiting services" although she has agreed that I can bring the car in at 2-00pm on the appointed day, just this one last time. I'm in Witney and prefer Oxford to Swindon but Fish Bros there do Kia and used to do my Renault Zoe ev. This might be my last trip to Rose Hill? I haven't changed my rating but the experience I originally described above may no longer be available.
